King Kong Boulevard is situated in Changguang Tribe, Changbin Township, Taitung County, approximately at the 85K mark on Provincial Highway 11. It’s a beautiful mountain-and-sea village that preserves the area's pristine rural scenery. On both sides stretch endless terraced fields, layered beautifully at the foot of King Kong Mountain and along the Pacific coast. With the sea breeze gently swaying the golden rice ears, waves of golden grain dance in rhythm with the ocean’s roar, creating a boundless, majestic view that rivals even Brown Boulevard.

Jadeite Beach is the origin of jadeite-collecting in Taiwan. Jadeite deposits that have settled on the shallow seabed are often washed ashore by strong waves during high tides or typhoons, resulting in Taiwan’s only known jadeite beach. The best time to visit is on a windless, overcast day when there’s no harsh sunlight or howling winds. Whether you’re strolling along the beach or having a picnic, it’s a truly refreshing experience.
