The Tin Hau Temple project is located in the central area of Huizhou Golden Bay Tourist Resort, covering a land area of 51,052 square meters. The plot is bounded by roads on three sides, with the Xunliao River to the southwest, offering convenient transportation. The construction area is 28,882 square meters, with a plot ratio of 0.57.

The Tin Hau Temple is positioned as a historical and cultural theme area, establishing a Cantonese-style antique street that integrates the Tin Hau Temple, an ancient opera stage, a fishing lifestyle and entertainment theme pavilion, a seaside bar street, and various specialty shops. It combines functions such as worship at the Tin Hau Temple, folk customs, leisure shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Without relocating the original site, the temple has been renovated and rebuilt on its original location, with an ancient opera stage set up in front and a central plaza. The original axis relationship of the Tin Hau Temple has been preserved and extended. The overall architectural complex unfolds around the core space of the Tin Hau Temple, with the main commercial streets thoughtfully arranged around it. The axis extending from the temple toward the bay, the winding waterway axis of the bar street, and the open riverside plaza axis facing the temple together form the structural framework of the building complex.
