Mozishi Scenic Area

As one of the Eighteen Scenic Spots of Xunliao Bay, Mozishi is a typical representative of Xunliao’s shallow sea stone forest landscape. It is said that during times of changing weather, the giant grinding stones appear to spin, making whirring sounds. The surrounding area features a variety of uniquely shaped rock formations that attract millions of domestic and international tourists who come to witness the breathtaking natural craftsmanship of “wind and waves grinding the stones.” Mozishi Stone, without any road signs or markers, is a favorite spot for seasoned hikers who trek along the coastline, listen to the waves, admire the sea, observe the rocks, swim, and even fish. You can’t truly talk about Xunliao Bay without visiting Mozishi, and the Mozishi coastal trail is one of the most beautiful coastlines in Huidong.

Transportation

By Car: From Huizhou, get on Huimin Avenue, then take the Guangzhou-Huizhou Expressway toward Fuzhou/G15/Shantou, make a slight right turn to enter Lingkeng Interchange, get onto Shenhai Expressway, head toward Daya Bay/Luohu/Yantian Port/Huizhen Coastal Expressway, enter the Huizhen Coastal Expressway, then take G324, then X210, and arrive at Huizhou Xunliao Bay Golden Bay Jiahua Resort Hotel. The Mozishi Scenic Area is just a few hundred meters ahead.
