Ximei Ancient Village
Ximei Village was named one of Guangdong’s ancient villages in recent years. It boasts 42 ancient banyan trees over 200 years old, along with more than 100 other rare and ancient trees, bringing the total number of ancient banyan trees and others to around 150 — making it one of the top in Huizhou City and earning it the title of “Village of Ancient Banyans.” The village's traditional residences, ancestral halls, ancient wells, and ponds are well-preserved, and its various ancient houses and decorative murals are particularly eye-catching.
