Fengliang Town is located in the northern part of Fengshun County and was once the old county seat of Fengshun. It boasts scenic spots such as "Spring Floods in Fengxi," "Sunset over Ancient Banyans," "Autumn Moon over Longshan Mountain," "Peach Blossoms by the Brook of the Ancient Temple," "Clouds Enveloping Handong," "Snow-Covered Yinping after the Rain," the Leaning Wen Tower (also known as the Leaning Pagoda), and Pujie Bridge. Fengliang has a long and rich cultural heritage. Neolithic sites have been discovered on Tuoyi Garden Ridge in Tangbei Yuan and on Yudi Ridge in Huanghua Village, Jiulong. On Bizilong Mountain in Jiulong’ao, the tomb of Hong Jiulang—referred to as the geomantically auspicious "Man Playing the Zither"—has been found. Research suggests this site was the ancestral home of Hong Xiuquan before he relocated to Shikeng in Meizhou County.
