Fengshun Shuaishuai Mansion

Shuaishuai Mansion is located in Nanxiang, Fengliang Town, Fengshun County. It was the residence of Wu Liqi in the early Qing Dynasty. The compound has a traditional quadrangle layout, facing from southeast to northwest, and consists of upper, middle, and lower halls, covering an area of 2,726 square meters. The walls are made of blue bricks, with a flush gable roof and a floor paved with large red bricks.

The main hall features a golden plaque inscribed with "Loyalty and Filial Piety Hall," with the upper inscription reading "Auspicious Summer of Dingyou" and the lower inscription reading "Written by General Wu of Geweng, Li Xifeng of Lüshan." There are four main rooms and sixteen side rooms. All three halls use round white oilstones as column bases, supporting prismatic stone pillars and bracket sets. The beams and columns of the hall are adorned with delicate carvings of dragons and phoenixes. Two stone lions are placed in front of the gate.

In the autumn of 1938 (the 27th year of the Republic of China), the central hall was completely destroyed by Japanese aircraft bombing, with numerous bullet holes both inside and outside the main gate, resulting in severe damage.

Wu Liqi (1607–1665): In the seventh year of the Shunzhi reign (1650), when Prince Shang Kexi of Pingnan attacked Shaoguan, Wu led his troops in Fengzhou to surrender. He was exceptionally rewarded by the emperor with the "Three-Jin Official Rank" and the "First-Rank Honorary Title." He eventually rose to the rank of Left Commander-in-Chief and Banner General.

Fengliang Town is located in the northern part of Fengshun County. To the northeast it neighbors Longgang, to the east it connects with Pantian, to the southwest with Beidou, to the west with Jianqiao, and to the northwest it borders Shuiche and Jingyi in Meixian District. It was the former county seat of Fengshun and is 31 kilometers away from Tangkeng (the current county seat). The town covers a total area of 249.61 square kilometers, with mountainous land spanning 320,000 mu, and cultivated land of 19,500 mu, including 17,300 mu of paddy fields. The town government is located at No. 12 Dongheng Street, Fengliang.
