The former site of the Soviet Government of Fengshun County is located in Wanglou Village, Huangjin Town, Fengshun County, Meizhou City. Dating back to the Republican era, it is classified as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

On March 13, 2020, the Meizhou Municipal People's Government designated the former site of the Soviet Government of Fengshun County as part of the seventh batch of Meizhou Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Huangjin Town: Located in the northeastern part of Fengshun County, Huangjin Town covers a total area of 158.42 square kilometers. It has 23 village committees, 1 central community, 7,158 households, and a population of 36,386. The town borders Liuhuang Town to the east, Longgang Town to the west, and Xiaosheng, Jingmen, and Dalonghua Towns to the north. It has 209,000 mu of mountainous land and 19,000 mu of arable land.
