Alytus is located on the banks of the Neman River in southern Lithuania and is the capital of Alytus County. The Holy Trinity Church, founded in 1802, boasts classicism and baroque styles. This church is unique for its rectangular shape, with its semi-circular apse supported by three walls and four large pillars, and its interior featuring cylindrical arches.
