Skiing is a beloved winter sport for many. Have you ever thought about hitting the slopes with your dog? Recently, a unique skiing competition took place in Belarus, where participants and their furry friends hit the snowy slopes together.
Recently, a special skiing competition was held at a ski resort near Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Over 100 skiing enthusiasts from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, and other countries and regions participated in high spirits, each accompanied by their own dog. The ski trail was 4 kilometers long. Skiing alone is no problem, but the challenge lies in being pulled along by strong sled dogs. Participants not only have to control their own speed but also develop good coordination with their dogs. A lack of harmony can lead to some comical outcomes. In addition to skiing, there’s also a more relaxing dog sledding event. Actually, the competition results aren’t the main focus — for most participants, the joy of sharing winter sports with their dogs is what truly matters.
