The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh was first established in the 18th century. It is located two miles north of Princes Street in the city of Edinburgh, covering an area of 425 acres, primarily dedicated to the collection of exotic plants. The garden also includes three affiliated gardens: Dawyck Botanic Garden, Inverleith Rock Garden, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse Gardens.
