Located at the border between Balagong Town in Hangjin Banner, Ordos City, and Dengkou County, Bayannur City. The Yellow River Sanshenggong Water Conservancy Scenic Area was established based on the water and land resources within the jurisdiction of the Sanshenggong Water Control Project, as well as its scenic attractions.
