The site of the founding congress of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League is a cultural tourism attraction.

The site of the founding congress of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League is located on the east side of Jindun Garden on Heping Street, Ulanhot City, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia, adjacent to Baiyin South Road to the east and Fuxing East Street to the south.

Originally named Jiajiadian, the site was once a large carriage inn. The courtyard stretched over 100 meters from north to south and more than 70 meters from east to west, with dozens of rooms including main buildings in the south, north, and east wing. On October 5, 1945, the founding congress of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League was held in over ten rooms of the east wing, attended by more than 300 people. The meeting elected an executive committee of 15 members. Temur Bagan served concurrently as the secretary-general of the executive committee, Tegus Choktu as the deputy secretary-general, Butugeqi as the head of the Organization Department, and Bao Yin Zhabu as the head of the Propaganda Department. The Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League promulgated its program and charter, and issued the "Declaration of the Founding of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League," which clearly stated that the league was the vanguard of Inner Mongolia’s youth under the leadership of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Party.

On May 31, 1946, the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League amended its program and charter, explicitly defining the league as a mass organization of advanced youth in Inner Mongolia under the leadership of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement Federation. On July 9, 1947, after the announcement of the establishment of the

Communist Working Committee of Inner Mongolia, the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League officially came under the direct leadership of the Communist Working Committee of Inner Mongolia. On March 25, 1949, the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League transitioned into the New Democratic Youth League, establishing the Inner Mongolia Committee of the New Democratic Youth League, with Keligen as the secretary, and Tegus Choktu, Batubagen, Qiupu, Garibusengge, Butugeqi, Uruxiyelutu, Buhe, and Yan Yizhen as committee members.

The site of the founding congress of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Youth League was demolished during urban construction in the 1990s.
