Puchong

Puchong is a town in Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. In the early days, its main industries were rubber and tin mining, and there was only a small path connecting the area. It wasn’t until the past 20 years that the surrounding regions experienced rapid development. At the same time, the government relocated its administrative center from Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya, which also helped Puchong New Village develop into an emerging town.

As Puchong is an emerging town, numerous churches of various denominations have been established, with dozens of them currently in operation. The town is famous for local delicacies such as soybean curd pudding (饷豆腐) and game meat, which are definitely not to be missed. It's also convenient to purchase everyday necessities and even clothing here, thanks to the abundance of shopping venues.
