Incheon Airport Traditional Culture Experience Hall
The Incheon International Airport Traditional Culture Experience Hall is located in the departure area on the 3rd floor of Incheon International Airport. It offers travelers bound for the Americas, Europe, Asia, and other destinations a space to experience Korean traditional culture while waiting for their flights. All passengers in the 3rd-floor departure area can use the experience hall free of charge.
Currently, there are two experience programs operating in the Incheon International Airport Traditional Culture Experience Hall. Visitors can choose one of them to learn how to create a jewelry box by cutting and pasting traditional Hanji paper, or how to make clothing or jewelry using traditional sewing techniques, including crafting a mobile phone charm. No prior craftsmanship skills are required — simply follow the detailed English, Japanese, and Chinese explanations and demonstrations to easily master the activities. In addition, the Traditional Crafts Exhibition Hall here is also open to the public free of charge and operates 24 hours a day. Especially between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, visitors to the exhibition hall can also enjoy English explanations about the displayed items.
