The Michael Jackson Treasure Gallery at Ponte 16

The Michael Jackson Treasure Gallery at Ponte 16 is located on the second floor of the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16, 16 Avenida do Almirante Sérgio, Inner Harbour, Macau. It is the first permanent Michael Jackson-themed exhibition venue in Asia and the second in the world.

Covering an area of over 4,000 square meters, the gallery can accommodate approximately 200 visitors per hour. It is mainly divided into four sections: the Time Tunnel, the Main Exhibition Area, the Billie Jean Set, and the Ponte 16 Gift Gallery. The Time Tunnel features a portal titled “The King of Pop – Michael Jackson” and begins with his early days as part of The Jackson 5, tracing his career journey. The Main Exhibition Area showcases Michael Jackson’s album series, stage performance items, and personal belongings through themed displays such as Neverland, “We Are The World,” “Thriller,” artworks, and albums.

The Billie Jean Set is a recreation of the music video set for “Billie Jean,” the second single from the “Thriller” album, featuring items such as the black suit from “Men in Black 2” and classic album covers of Michael Jackson. The Ponte 16 Gift Gallery is a gift area themed around Michael Jackson.
