Spanning 15 days and nights, covering 7,000 kilometers from Beijing to the source of the Mother River.
The Honey & Bear HBPGC team has completed the ["Tracing the Source" of the Three-River-Source Region]ultimate exploration series and will soon return to Beijing.
The "Tracing the Source" of the Three-River-Source activities were an exclusive expedition tailored by content creators Honey & Bear for Overland & Offroad magazine. The Three-River-Source Nature Reserve is China's first legislatively protected national nature park. Local authorities have established multiple departments to intensify efforts against illegal intruders and poachers, strictly monitoring and managing the reserve's natural landscapes and wildlife.
In the future, the Honey & Bear team will collaborate more deeply with local governments, approaching this land with reverence for nature and leading passionate explorers—those whose enthusiasm hasn’t been dulled by life—to legally enter the reserve. They will craft safe and reliable itineraries and provide professional, stable technical support.
On March 15, 2017, the Honey & Bear team assembled and set off from Beijing, passing through Yinchuan, Gonghe, and Maduo to delve into the heart of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, known as the "Water Tower of the World," reaching the core of this expedition—crossing and exploring the Three-River-Source Nature Reserve.
The terrain of the Three-River-Source region is complex, featuring a mix of deserts, grasslands, swamps, and ice. Leveraging their rich experience, solid skills, and well-planned routes, the Honey & Bear exploration team safely led the convoy to the source of the Yellow River and organized a themed cultural event by Donggecuo Lake.
After replenishing supplies, the convoy traveled up the Tuotuo River, traversing the Three-River-Source Nature Reserve to reach Maduo Township in Anduo County—the first township at the source of the Yangtze River. There, they engaged in in-depth discussions with local authorities on Yangtze River source environmental protection, public welfare education for herding children, and the filming of an environmental documentary on the Jianggudiru Glacier. After an overnight rest, the convoy safely arrived in Lhasa via Anduo.

Thus, the exclusive activity ["Tracing the Source" of the Three-River-Source Region], customized by content creators Honey & Bear for Overland & Offroad magazine, was successfully completed. Stay tuned for more upcoming works from Honey & Bear content creators!
      Honey & Bear—exploration never ends......
