Cape D'Aguilar Lighthouse, also known as Cape D'Aguilar Island Lighthouse, is a lighthouse located at the southern tip of Cape D'Aguilar on the Po Toi Islands in Hong Kong. It is now a declared monument of Hong Kong. The lighthouse was built, commissioned, and managed by the Qing Dynasty's Maritime Customs in 1893, replacing the function of the Cape D'Aguila Lighthouse constructed by the British southeast of Hong Kong Island. In 1898, according to the Convention for the Extension of Hong Kong Territory, Cape D'Aguilar Island, which became part of the New Territories, was leased to the British. As a result, the lighthouse was taken over by the Hong Kong Government on January 1, 1901, and continued its operation.

Cape D'Aguilar Lighthouse suffered severe damage during World War II, so repair work was carried out in 1945. In August 1989, the lighthouse was converted to automated operation. On December 29, 2000, the Antiquities and Monuments Office under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong announced the declaration of Cape D'Aguilar Lighthouse as a declared monument of Hong Kong, along with the nearby Beacon Hill Lighthouse.
