North District Park, Hong Kong

North District Park, originally known as North District Central Park, is a major park in the North District of the New Territories, Hong Kong. The park is located between Fanling and Sheung Shui, stretching from So Kwun Po Village in the north along the railway and Tin Ping Estate southward to Fanling Wai, covering an area of 8.605 hectares. It was officially opened on March 10, 1990, by the then-chairman of the Regional Council, Cheung Yan-lung, and is currently managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong. The park is divided into two main sections by So Kwun Po Road: Phase I and Phase II.

North District Park is a park designed with a Qing Dynasty Yangzhou-style landscape. Located between Fanling and Sheung Shui in the New Territories, it covers an area of 120 acres and is a major park in the North District of Hong Kong. It features a variety of active and passive recreational facilities, including a football and handball court, volleyball court, roller skating rink, fitness equipment, and more. At the center of the park, there is an artificial lake, a waterfall, and an open-air theater, as well as a children's play area. It provides a great leisure destination for the public during holidays.
