The museum is divided into various exhibition areas, including the Mongolian area, Kazakh area, Tajik area, and cultural relics display area. It showcases a variety of images, text descriptions, ethnic minority costumes, tools, craft ornaments, and other physical artifacts. The arrangement and presentation of the exhibits are highly imaginative, and it is particularly worth mentioning the mummies of ancient people discovered in ancient tombs in Xinjiang, such as the famous mummy of the "Loulan Beauty."
