Guide: Dun Dun Bay is located in Qin Cheng Township, Hami City, and is easily accessible via an asphalt road, offering very convenient transportation. Description: The rock carvings are situated on the western side of the valley at Dun Dun Bay. The valley is about 100 meters wide, with most of the area currently used for modern farmland cultivation. A small stream runs near the carvings. The rock carvings are located on a piece of granite, where the rock structure is very clear. The rock forms an irregular cube shape, measuring 3.3 meters in length, up to 4.1 meters at the longest on the southern side, and 2.4 meters in height. The carvings depict the figure of a cow, sized 45×45 centimeters, and another of a goat, sized 50×30 centimeters. The surface of the carvings shows severe weathering. Judging from their style, the carving technique is simple and rough, reflecting primitive rock art craftsmanship.

Qin Cheng Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Hami City. It was established as Rouyuan County during the Tang Dynasty and served as a military garrison and farming settlement during the Qing Dynasty. In the 31st year of the Republic of China (1942), it was designated as a district. In 1959, it became a commune.
