The Shuozhou SaiBei Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

The SaiBei Martyrs' Cemetery is located on the west side of Jinsha Botanical Garden in Shuocheng District, Shuozhou City. Built to commemorate the SaiBei martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the War of Resistance Against Japan and the Liberation War, the cemetery was first established in 1949 and relocated for comprehensive reconstruction in 2006. Covering an area of 72,000 square meters, the cemetery features a main gate, the SaiBei People's Heroes Monument, the SaiBei Revolutionary Memorial Hall, a square, and a martyrs' tomb area. The SaiBei Revolutionary Memorial Hall has a floor space of 3,500 square meters and includes sections such as the foyer, the War of Resistance Against Japan Hall, the Tragic Incidents of the War Hall, the Liberation War Hall, the Hall of Revolutionary Heroes, and the Hall of Achievements Honoring the Martyrs. With an exhibition area of 3,700 square meters, it displays over 800 photographs and more than 300 revolutionary relics, showcasing the glorious history and hard-fought years of the SaiBei people during the War of Resistance Against Japan and the Liberation War. The cemetery is a provincial-level martyrs' memorial facility protection unit in Shanxi Province.
