The Zhangcaizhuang Fort Site is a cultural heritage protection unit in Shuozhou City.

The Zhangcaizhuang Fort Site is located at the southwest corner of Zhangcaizhuang Village, Zhangcaizhuang Township, Shuocheng District, and dates back to the Ming Dynasty.

On March 21, 2011, the Zhangcaizhuang Fort Site was designated as one of the first municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Shuozhou City.

Zhangcaizhuang Village: Zhangcaizhuang Village is the location of the township government. The village is situated in the western plain area and has a total of 516 households, with a population of 1,377 people and 22 Party members—the highest number in the entire township. Tao Runzhang serves as both the Party branch secretary and the director of the village committee. In 2010, the village’s total rural economic income was 15.3 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 5,298 yuan.

Since 2009, the village has been heavily involved in new rural development initiatives.
