The Wangmu Peach Garden is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Wangmu Peach Garden in Fukang City is a leisure sightseeing agriculture and rural tourism destination built around the culture of the Queen Mother and peach symbolism.

Located at the foot of Tianchi Lake in Fukang, the Wangmu Peach Garden has now been transformed into a “National Demonstration Base for Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism.” As another attractive new tourism highlight of Fukang City, it is drawing numerous domestic and international visitors.

The endless, surging waters of Tianchi Lake irrigate the fertile farmland at the foot of the Tianshan Mountains. The thousand-acre land surrounding the Wangmu Peach Garden boasts rich soil, abundant sunshine, long hours of daylight, and significant diurnal temperature variations—offering ideal conditions for producing green, pollution-free fruits and vegetables. Xinjiang Detianli Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. invested 80 million yuan to build a leisure sightseeing agriculture and rural tourism destination based on the culture of the Queen Mother and peach symbolism. This project transforms the unique resource advantages at the foot of Tianchi Lake into economic benefits, accelerating the development of all-for-one tourism and modern agriculture in Fukang City.

Currently, the Wangmu Peach Garden is the core area of Fukang City’s agricultural theme park. It cultivates 60 varieties of fruit trees, 56 types of vegetables, and 18 kinds of flowers. Visitors can enjoy fruits from around the world and admire a variety of exotic plants without leaving the garden. After three years of operation and development, the Fukang Wangmu Peach Garden has largely completed the first phase of infrastructure, cultural facilities, and leisure sightseeing projects. It is now planning a second phase with an investment of 36 million yuan, aiming to create a green ecological park that integrates sightseeing, tourism, wedding photography, dining and entertainment, and fruit picking—promoting the development of modern agriculture and distinctive tourism. In 2015, the Wangmu Peach Garden was awarded the titles of “National Four-Star Demonstration Base for Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism” and “Autonomous Region Demonstration Site for Leisure Sightseeing Agriculture.”
