Defect Details:
The FMS-X1 “Stellar” Integrated Stove Pots shipped since January 2013 have a design flaw. Due to the X1’s initial design approach overly focusing on reducing gas consumption, the finished product exhibits insufficient firepower and low overall thermal efficiency when used in extremely cold environments.
Recall Product Handling Method:
Regardless of where you purchased the X1 “Stellar” product, please send back the stove head part of the FMS-X1 “Stellar” Integrated Stove Pot (excluding the pot body, silicone lid, and original packaging box; please refer to the diagram) to Fire-Maple Factory for replacement of the corresponding parts, so as to achieve an appropriate balance between energy-saving and thermal efficiency, and restore the heating speed to normal values.
