Defect Details:
The FMS-X1 "Stellar" integrated stove pots shipped since January 2013 have a design flaw. Due to the X1's initial design focus being overly skewed toward reducing gas consumption, the final product exhibits insufficient firepower and overall low thermal efficiency in cold environments.
Recall Product Handling Method:
Regardless of where you purchased your X1 "Stellar" product, please send back the stove head part of the FMS-X1 "Stellar" integrated stove pot (excluding the pot body, silicone lid, and original packaging box; please refer to the diagram) to Fire-Maple Factory for replacement of the corresponding parts. This will help achieve an appropriate balance between energy efficiency and thermal efficiency, restoring the heating speed to normal levels.
