Bacchus Winery is one of the few in China and the first in Ningxia to adopt internationally advanced viticulture practices (organic farming, limited yield), owning a 500-acre independently managed vineyard. It is the first in Ningxia to produce high-quality wines strictly following traditional French winemaking techniques, and the first to have a temperature- and humidity-controlled underground cellar, aging all premium wines in French oak barrels to ensure they are matured and refined through oak barrel storage.
