Xizan Ecological Goji Berry Manor, with a planned area of 12,000 mu. This has forged a new path for the high-quality, efficient, and integrated development of the goji industry.

After five years of construction and development, Xizan Ecological Goji Berry Manor has cultivated over 10,000 mu of new goji berry varieties. The manor’s infrastructure, production facilities, and living amenities have all been fully developed. It has grown into a leading and uniquely advantaged standardized manor-based goji production base in Ningxia and even across China.

While perfecting the entire industrial chain of goji cultivation, processing, and sales—and strengthening and optimizing the goji industry—Xizan Ecological Goji Berry Manor has also made full use of its industrial foundation, landscaped ecological environment, and location-transportation advantages. Leveraging the comprehensive strengths of Zhongning—the hometown of Chinese goji—in terms of industry, brand, and culture, the manor has stayed committed to the integrated development of characteristic primary, secondary, and tertiary industries related to goji. It has pursued a path where the goji industry and tourism-culture mutually reinforce each other, as well as one where manor development goes hand-in-hand with poverty alleviation. A tourism plan has been formulated, tourist routes designed, infrastructure put in place, and leisure sightseeing, experiential activities, and health-focused tourism at the goji manor have been launched. Gradually, the manor is being developed into a national demonstration project for characteristic goji leisure agriculture and wellness tourism.
