Longde Panlong Mountain Villa is situated at the source of the Ganwei River, at the foot of Panlong Mountain in the Liupan Mountain range, at the intersection of two provinces (Ningxia and Gansu), three counties (Longde, Zhuanglang, and Jingning), and five townships in Xinzhuan Village, Wenbao Township, Longde County. The Longzhuang and Taowei highways traverse the villa. In 2016, Panlong Mountain Villa assessed the situation and, relying on the Longde County Shanhe Flower and Seedling Professional Cooperative, made full use of the superior climate and geographical advantages of the Liupan Mountain region. It actively explored an integrated development model combining primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. With an investment of over 23.6 million yuan, it developed economic entities such as fruit, vegetable, and flower cultivation, understory specialty breeding, edible lily processing and sales, catering services, and leisure and entertainment. This formed a multifunctional eco-tourism and leisure agriculture demonstration site integrating "production, processing, and sales" with "eating, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment." The villa covers an area of 300 acres and includes functional areas for leisure agriculture tourism such as an ecological restaurant, rural-style guesthouse, fruit and vegetable picking, leisure fishing, landscape corridors, sightseeing trails, and understory ecological farming paths. Given the naturally superior environment of the Liupan Mountain region for growing edible and fresh-cut lilies, Panlong Mountain Villa has focused on creating a Lily Theme Park and Western Lily Love Valley. The villa has reached initial scale and is now in operation, receiving 18,000 visitors per month, generating a monthly revenue of 450,000 yuan, with a net profit of 54,500 yuan per month, and employing over 60 local workers. During traditional folk festivals and national holidays, promotional events such as mountain flower festivals and large bonfire parties are held to enhance the visibility and reputation of the villa and its products.
