Danan Mosque is a cultural heritage protection unit of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Danan Mosque is located in Xinglong Town, Xiji County, Guyuan City, and dates back to the modern era.

On September 15, 2005, Danan Mosque was designated as part of the third batch of Autonomous Region Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Xinglong Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xiji County. Established as Xinglong District in 1949, it was part of Longde County, transferred to Xiji County in 1953, became Xinglong Commune in 1958, a township in 1983, and was upgraded to a town in 1986. It is located in the southeastern part of the county. The town covers an area of 85.1 square kilometers and has a population of 17,000. The Zhongwei-Jingning Highway passes through the area. It administers 11 village committees including Xinglong, Luojiayuan, Chuan Kou, Majiazui, Yao Du, Yangmao, Chen Tianyu, Wangjiagou, Danan, Danbei, and Wangjiahe, as well as one neighborhood committee.
