Guancang Gorge

Guancang Gorge is located in Ganglong Township in the southeastern part of Gadê County, about 3 kilometers from Bama Rento Mountain. The valley floor sits at an altitude of 3,400 to 3,600 meters, and the gorge stretches approximately 4 kilometers in length. With significant elevation drops and fast-flowing water, the gorge features steep cliffs on both sides and multiple waterfalls of varying sizes, creating a truly spectacular sight. The banks of the gorge are lush with water plants and green grass, offering enchanting scenery. The natural conditions here are favorable, and the slopes along the banks form a pristine forest area dominated by Qinghai spruce, Qilian juniper, birch, and mountain poplar trees. The forested areas and grasslands are home to a large number of highland wildlife species.
