Alien Ruins

The Alien Ruins are a cultural tourism attraction.

Introduction The Alien Ruins are located 100 kilometers southwest of Delingha and are very famous locally. The ruins are situated around a cave on Bai Gong Mountain, east of Tosu Lake. Scattered around the cave are objects resembling iron pipes and iron sheets. Inside the cave, iron pipes of varying diameters penetrate the mountain and fit tightly against the rock, as if the pipes were directly inserted into it. The pipes are a rust-brown color. Outside the cave, there are also various oddly shaped rocks, some standing upright and others even in the nearby lake.

Local authorities sent some pipe fragments to a non-ferrous metals group for testing. The test results showed that iron oxide accounted for more than 30% of the composition, and the levels of silicon dioxide and calcium oxide were also relatively high, indicating that the fragments are very old. Most intriguingly, some elements could not be identified at all through testing, which adds to the mystery of the Alien Ruins.
