Nearby tourist attractions include the Ma Bufang Mansion, the historic Ahetan Mosque, and the Gongboxia Hydropower Station. Within thirty kilometers, there is the national-level Mengda Tianchi Forest Park. The villa was established in 2001. The region enjoys a mild climate year-round with abundant sunshine, and the garden features lush woods, ancient pines and cypresses, and charming bridges over flowing streams that complement each other beautifully. Covering a total area of 188,000 square meters, with 18,000 square meters allocated to leisure and entertainment facilities, the villa integrates dining, entertainment, vacationing, and sightseeing, making it an excellent destination for tourism and holidays.

1. The main themed building of Horticulture Garden Villa is a two-story structure with 20 rooms, situated within a pear orchard area. It also includes a high-end greenhouse covering an area of 350 square meters. Supporting amenities include chess and card entertainment, rural sightseeing, and fruit-picking experiences, all embodying the local Salar ethnic style with strong ethnic characteristics. The reception services are comprehensive, with complete equipment and facilities. The overall decoration is simple and elegant, reflecting national, regional, and rural tourism features in terms of materials used. The cultural elements are harmonious, and the reception space is ample.

2. The garden is mainly planted with pear trees and pines and cypresses, interspersed with floral and nursery plants. In spring, flowers bloom throughout the garden; in summer, it is shaded by lush green trees; in autumn, it is laden with fruit; and in winter, the ancient pines and cypresses remain evergreen. The ecological environment is excellent, and the landscape features are distinctive. A variety of rustic and delicious snacks highlight the rich Salar ethnic customs.

5. The guest rooms include 2 traditional farmhouse kang beds, with a daily capacity for 20 people. Bedding, pillowcases, and other items are collected, washed, and disinfected centrally, and changed after each guest.

6. The kitchen layout is rational, with usage area matching reception capacity. The floors are hardened for slip resistance and easy cleaning. Walls are fully tiled, and the ceiling is suspended. Dishwashing, rinsing, disinfection, vegetable cleaning, and meat cleaning sinks are all separately designated. 8. There is one dry toilet and one water toilet, both reasonably equipped to match reception capacity and service functions while coordinating with the surrounding environment and architecture. Male and female toilets are separated, with 3 male toilet stalls and 5 female ones. Toilet paper and paper baskets are provided. Ventilation, lighting, and illumination are good, and deodorization measures are effective, ensuring no unpleasant smells.

9. The parking lot has a number of spaces matching the site’s reception capacity.
