Bihai Leisure Villa is situated at the dock of the Kangyang Hydropower Station, beside Provincial Highway 207 in Xiaduoba Village, Yashiga Town, Hualong County, 84 kilometers from Xining. To the west, 30 kilometers away, lies the Kanbula National Forest Park, and to the east is the Mengda Tianchi Lake in Xunhua. Established in 2007, it is a leisure villa that combines dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The villa focuses on green food and Yellow River tours, and with its elegant decor and the advantageous geographical features of the Yellow River, it serves as an entertainment venue offering dining, leisure, summer retreat, fishing, swimming, and motorboat activities. It features distinctive ethnic flavors and innovative dishes from both northern and southern China, representing a long-standing culinary culture.

1. The main structure of Bihai Leisure Villa has two floors, with a total of 30 luxury private rooms, each accommodating 12–15 diners. The multifunctional hall covers an area of 450 square meters. Supporting facilities include a chess and card room and an exhibition of Yellow River odd stones. Its architectural form, size, color, and style are fully coordinated with the surrounding environment. The structure is sound, the layout is scientifically rational, and the reception and service functions are complete. The equipment and facilities are comfortable, convenient, safe, and operate stably. The overall design highlights local characteristics centered around the Yellow River.

2. The villa is primarily surrounded by the Yellow River landscape and farmland. In spring, the fields are lush and green; in summer, fruit trees provide ample shade; in autumn, they are laden with fruit, allowing visitors to participate in fruit picking and purchase self-produced green food. The ecological environment is excellent, the landscape features are distinctive, and there is a variety of rustic snacks and innovative dishes.

3. The site covers an area of 30 mu, with 20 mu allocated for reception buildings. The pathways within the garden are paved, and the villa can accommodate 1,500 to 1,800 visitors at a time.

4. Reception Desk: Positioned prominently, reasonably, and spaciously, it is decorated and clearly marked, offering services such as inquiries and promotional information.

5. The villa is equipped with comprehensive fire safety facilities, trained security personnel, and necessary surveillance equipment.

6. The guest rooms consist of 15 rural-style heated kang beds, with a daily capacity of 60 guests. The rooms are equipped with safe and hygienic heating facilities, and are clean and tidy. Bedding, pillowcases, and other items are collected, washed, and disinfected uniformly, ensuring a one-guest-one-change service standard.

7. The kitchen covers a construction area of 1,000 square meters, with usable space matching reception capacity. The floor is treated with anti-slip flooring for easy cleaning, the walls are fully tiled, and the ceiling is suspended. It includes a 60-square-meter food storage room and a 40-square-meter non-food storage room, along with dedicated disinfection equipment, sufficient refrigeration, freezing, and preservation facilities. Tools and utensils are primarily made of stainless steel. There are well-designed ventilation and smoke exhaust systems, as well as facilities to ensure cooking fumes meet emission standards. The kitchen also has comprehensive measures to prevent flies, dust, and rodents, as well as systems for discharging wastewater that meet standards.

8. The villa has 4 mu of land dedicated to growing green vegetables, offering visitors a farm-style service where they can pick and cook their own produce. The dishes served highlight local characteristics, with good sensory appeal, authentic flavors, and high nutritional value. Tables, chairs, utensils, tableware, wine glasses, and tea sets are all of a certain grade and well-matched.

9. With the advantage of a Yellow River dock, the villa operates two motorboats. These boats travel from the Kangyang Hydropower Station to the Zhiganglaka Hydropower Station, allowing visitors to enjoy the unique mountain scenery and rural landscapes along both banks of the Yellow River. The motorboats are operated by professional drivers and are equipped with comprehensive safety devices.

10. The villa has three dry toilets, which are reasonably designed to match reception capacity and service functions, while also being harmonious with the surrounding environment and architecture.

11. The parking lot is located on both sides of Provincial Highway 207. The number of parking spaces is appropriate for the reception capacity, and the lot offers services such as car washing.

12. The villa has built 30 sightseeing and dining pavilions, where visitors can enjoy the views of the Yellow River and rural farmland while dining. The pavilions are surrounded by fragrant flowers and farmers’ crop fields, reflecting ethnic, local, and rural characteristics.

According to the "Rural Tourism Quality Rating and Evaluation" standards, after preliminary evaluation by our county, Bihai Leisure Villa has reached the three-star standard for rural tourism reception sites.
