Niangniang Tianchi is located atop Lijiashan Mountain in Chaigou Township, at an altitude of 2,500 meters. The lake stretches over 400 meters in length and about 50 meters in width, shaped like an ellipse. Its water is crystal-clear, azure, and unfathomably deep. On the high ground to the north of the lake lies the Niangniang Temple, originally built in the late Ming Dynasty and later destroyed during wartime. It was reconstructed in the 25th year of the Jiaqing reign of the Qing Dynasty (1820). The area here is covered in lush green grass and boasts picturesque mountain and water scenery. Visitors will find a unique charm upon arrival.
