Sulongkou Shuxiang Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Yuanping City.

Sulongkou Shuxiang Temple is located in Sulongkou Village, Sulongkou Town, Yuanping City. According to inscriptions on the beams, it was renovated in the 11th year of the Hongzhi reign during the Ming Dynasty (1498). The temple faces south and only the main hall remains. It is 13.6 meters long from east to west and 8.6 meters wide from north to south, with a construction area of 117 square meters. The hall has five bays in width and six rafters in depth, with corridors at both the front and back, and a single-eave suspended gable roof. The bracket sets are intricate, with each beam and column exquisitely crafted, and the rafters are inclined at a 5° angle. Sulongkou Village: Sulongkou Village is located approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Yuanping City. It borders the Hutuo River to the north and the Zijin Mountain Range to the south, situated in a plain-hilly region, with the Changle River flowing west of the village. The villagers of Sulongkou are hardworking and diligent, engaging in meticulous farming that yields abundant harvests year after year. The village has a total of 248 households and 879 residents, with 2,657 mu of arable land, of which 1,300 mu are irrigated. The village's economy is primarily based on crop cultivation. Sulongkou Village enjoys a uniquely advantageous geographical location with convenient transportation—southward to Baishi and eastward to Dai County.
