The Ban Zhengpu Stage is a cultural heritage site protected by Yuanping City.

The Ban Zhengpu Stage is located in Ban Zhengpu Village, Yangou Township, Yuanping City. Its exact date of construction is unknown, but according to inscriptions on the beams, it was renovated in the first year of the Xianfeng era of the Qing Dynasty (1851). The stage faces south and is built on a stone foundation, 1.3 meters high. It is three bays wide and six rafters deep, with a single-eave roof featuring a front hip-and-gable and rear flush-gable design. It has a seven-rafter rear corridor structure. The front eaves feature decorative bracket sets (dougong), and the side eaves are also adorned with bracket arms. The interior columns are made of wood, and the structure preserves many traditional architectural features. Ban Zhengpu Village: Ban Zhengpu Village is under the jurisdiction of Yangou Township, Yuanping City. It is located 35 kilometers north of Yuanping City, bordering Dai County, and is adjacent to National Highway 108 and the Beijing-Yuanping Railway. Serving as the northern gateway to Yuanping, the village benefits from convenient transportation and a superior environment, which have significantly boosted its economic development. The terrain here is flat, and the area experiences a temperate continental monsoon climate, with most rainfall concentrated between June and September. Agricultural water mainly relies on surface irrigation. There is one reservoir each in the northeast and southwest of the village, which can provide spring irrigation for some farmland, although agricultural infrastructure remains relatively weak. The local residents primarily rely on groundwater from wells for daily use.
