Gu Shan (Solitary Hill) is located in the western waters of Fuxian Lake and is the only lake island in central Yunnan. The Ancient Dian Kingdom Cultural Park centers around Gu Shan Island and leverages the profound ancient Dian bronze culture heritage of Lijiashan in Jiangchuan. (Travel Tip): Seasonal Highlight: From April to October, you can witness the natural spectacle of Fuxian Lake — the “Qingyu Formation” (a gathering of black carp).
