The Eighth Route Army Shiguai Conference Memorial Park is located in Shiguai Village, Hengling Town, Heshun County, covering an area of 100 acres. The memorial park consists of four parts: First, the memorial monument, which stands 19.45 meters tall, symbolizing the victory of the Anti-Japanese War in 1945; second, the memorial hall, with a total area of 1,400 square meters, featuring four exhibition halls covering 900 square meters; third, the site courtyard of the Shiguai Conference, covering 2,940 square meters, with the main courtyard of the conference in the center, featuring a two-courtyard layout, where the main rooms are two-story structures — the lower level has five stone-arched cave dwellings, and the upper level has five wooden-and-stone buildings; fourth, a 6,000-square-meter square, at the southern end of which stand two large sculptures of the Eighth Route Army, while the eastern and western sides feature introductions to the Shiguai Conference of the Eighth Route Army and the construction background of the memorial park, respectively. At the northern end of the square stands the park’s entrance gate, composed of a “red star,” the date “1937.11.11,” and the numbers representing “August 1st.”
