Guocunbao Buddhist Temple

Guocunbao Buddhist Temple is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Fenxi County.

Guocunbao Buddhist Temple is located in Guocunbao Village, Yong'an Town, Fenxi County. Dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

The site covers an area of 671.69 square meters. It faces south and has a single-courtyard quadrangle layout. Along the central axis are a theater stage and the main hall, with side halls on the east and west; side chambers (one brick cave each) are built on both sides of the stage; the mountain gate is located in the southeastern corner of the courtyard. Both the main hall and the side halls are two-story pavilion-style structures. The main hall has three brick caves on the ground floor and five on the second floor.

Guocunbao Buddhist Temple is a county-level cultural heritage protection site.

Protective boundary: (Due to the close proximity to the Cao Family Residence in Guocunbao, they share a combined boundary) The boundary is demarcated by the exterior walls of the heritage structure itself, extending 20 meters south and north to the center of the road, 30 meters west to the outer walls of buildings and the center of the road, and eastward to the edge of the road. The boundary stretches approximately 63 meters from north to south and 187 meters from east to west, covering an area of 14,228 square meters. Construction control zone: (Due to the close proximity of the Yuan Tomb in Guocunbao, Guocunbao Buddhist Temple, and the Cao Family Residence in Guocunbao, they share a combined boundary) The boundary is based on the protective area of the Yuan Tomb in Guocunbao, extending 110 meters north, 100 meters west, and 150 meters south. Based on the protective boundaries of the Cao Family Residence and Guocunbao Buddhist Temple, it extends 100 meters east to the outer walls of the buildings, with approximate dimensions of 391 meters from north to south and 587 meters from east to west, covering an area of 221,956 square meters.
