The "Red Army Bridge" in Panjiang Town is located at the Office Committee of Panjiang Town, Panzhou City. On April 19, 1935, the Ninth Red Army Corps of the First Front Army, following an order from the Military Commission, completed the mission of covering the main forces of the Central Red Army’s southern crossing of the Wu River. On April 20, under the leadership of comrades He Changgong, Luo Binghui, Wang Shoudao, and others, they passed through counties such as Jinsha, Bijie, Nayong, and Shuicheng, and successfully crossed the North Pan River via Hutiaoshi and Zhugan Bridge, entering the territory of Pan County (now Panzhou City). They passed through areas such as Pugu, Jichangping, and Guankou, and on April 23, 1935, crossed this bridge into Fuyuan, Yunnan, shaking off the encirclement and pursuit of the Kuomintang army and preserving their fighting strength.

Later, to commemorate the victory of the Red Army’s Long March, local residents named this bridge the "Red Army Bridge." In November 2004, the "Red Army Bridge" in Panjiang Town was designated as a county-level cultural relic protection unit.
