The Xiabaitai Jiutian Temple of the Goddess is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Fenxi County.

The Xiabaitai Jiutian Temple of the Goddess is located in Xiabaitai Village, Xiabaitai Township, Fenxi County. Dating from the Yuan Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

It covers an area of 2,724.3 square meters. Facing south and backed by the north, the temple features a two-courtyard quadrangle layout. Along its central axis from south to north are successively arranged a screen wall, the mountain gate, a theater stage, the middle hall, and the rear hall. On both sides are preserved east and west side halls, as well as east and west wing rooms.

The Xiabaitai Jiutian Temple of the Goddess is a county-level cultural heritage protection site.

Protected area: (Due to its proximity to the Jiang Minglong Ancestral Hall, the boundaries are designated together) The protected area extends to the outer walls of the Jiutian Temple of the Goddess and the Jiang Minglong Ancestral Hall on the north, east, and west sides, and to the screen wall and road 8 meters to the south. It is approximately 70 meters in length from north to south and about 30 meters in width from east to west, covering an area of 1,902 square meters.
