Chanyu Guanyin Temple is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Fenxi County.

Chanyu Guanyin Temple is located in Chanyu Village, Duizhu Town, Fenxi County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

The temple faces west and covers an area of 733 square meters. It follows a single-courtyard layout with an entrance to the east. Along the central axis are a theater stage and the main hall, flanked by side halls on the north and south. The temple gate is situated in the northwest corner of the courtyard, and there is a brick kiln just north of the theater stage. Both the main hall and the side halls are two-story structures, with the lower levels consisting of three brick kilns.

Protection zone: The boundary is defined by the outer walls of the heritage structure itself. To the east and north, the boundary extends to the edges of the adjacent roads; to the south, it reaches the northern edge of the road; and to the west, it extends 20 meters outward. The zone is approximately 38 meters north-south and 57 meters east-west, covering an area of 1,666 square meters. Construction control zone: This zone is delineated based on the protection zone. To the east, it extends 100 meters outward and includes the eastern edge of the adjacent road; to the south, it reaches the southern edge of the road; to the west and north, it extends 130 meters outward. The zone spans about 166 meters north-south and 193 meters east-west, with a total area of 34,207 square meters.

Duizhu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Fenxi County. Established as the Duizhu People's Commune in 1958, it was officially upgraded to a town in 1984. Located in the northwestern part of the county, it is 25 kilometers from the county seat. The town covers an area of 52 square kilometers and has a population of 7,000. It is connected to the Huotao Highway via local roads. The town administers 18 village committees: Duizhu, Chanyu, Hanyu, Qianwangdi, Houwangdi, Xiazhuang, Miaojiazhuang, Jingtan, Wangjiazhuang, Jietao, Zhaijiayuan, Dianyuan, Huaihuazhang, Nan Zhang, Bei Zhang, Yecun, Xialiujia Gou, and Liujiazhuang.
