The Xixiu White Pagoda is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Xixiu White Pagoda in Anshun is situated atop Xixiu Mountain in the southwestern part of the city. It is a hexagonal, closed-eave stone pagoda with a pyramidal shape. Also known as the City-Viewing Pagoda, the Xixiu Mountain Stone Pagoda consists of seven levels (excluding the base and top), all built with white quarry stones. The pagoda stands about 10 meters tall, with its spire slightly damaged but the rest well-preserved. The six sides of the stone pagoda are engraved with the names of six Buddhas from top to bottom; below each Buddha’s name is a one-square-foot statue of the respective Buddha, and beneath each Buddha statue is an equally sized deity figure. In the past, Xixiu Mountain was one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Anshun. With the pagoda standing atop the mountain, the proportions are harmonious and visually pleasing. Coupled with the lush pine and cypress trees covering the mountain, the area presents a beautiful scene of blue sky, white pagoda, green trees, and picturesque hills.
