The core area of Good Farmer Vineyard spans over 700 acres, producing more than 2 million pounds of high-quality grapes annually. Stepping into the greenhouse, you’re immediately hit by a wave of heat—the temperature inside is 3 to 4 degrees higher than outdoors. Rows of grapevines are neatly arranged, with clusters in varying shades of green, purple, red, and black glistening enticingly under the sunlight. The overhead canopy is designed to shield the grapes from rain—grapes that haven’t been rained on are less prone to spoilage after picking and can be stored longer. The mesh between the greenhouses allows for ventilation; the trenches between rows on the ground are for drainage; the reflective film beneath the vines ensures even sunlight exposure; the pipes buried in the soil under the vines are for irrigation, which saves water while regulating grape growth, effectively managing fertilizer, water, and soil moisture levels; biological pest control lamps not only prevent the spread of pests and diseases but also eliminate pesticide residues. Digital management is also implemented, strictly controlling the ratio of grapevine branches, leaves, and fruit to ensure higher sugar content, better crispness, and more vibrant appearance of the grapes here.

Every year when the grapes are ripe, many people drive to the vineyard to pick their own fruit. Not only can they buy the freshest grapes, but they can also experience the process of grape harvesting, making it a great weekend getaway.
