Blog Town

Blog Town is a "town within a town" in Luodai Ancient Town. It is a high-end cultural leisure and resort destination integrating a museum complex, a cultural commercial street, art studios, a cluster of corporate clubs, and a five-star hotel.

The uniquely designed merchant courtyards in the town are a microcosm of refined Chinese living. Built using materials from ancient noble residences and crafted with traditional techniques by master artisans, every brick and timber piece showcases exquisite craftsmanship and enduring charm, embodying the essence of Chinese culture. Each courtyard bears its own brand name, with every household exuding prosperity, providing a vibrant stage for the town’s diverse business ecosystem while also preserving the spirit of Chinese commerce found in its streets, alleys, and courtyards. Among them, the "Blog Tower" is the landmark attraction here. It is currently the only large-scale Hakka earthen building in southwestern China. Inside, it houses a cluster of museums, including the Hakka Culture Museum and the Buddhist Museum, playing an important role in preserving and promoting Hakka culture.

The architectural style of the town is exquisite. Taking the five major migrations of the Hakka people as its narrative thread, it draws inspiration from the essence of towns around the world and selects outstanding elements of Chinese architecture. It brings together architectural styles from Fujian, Huizhou, Shanxi, Sichuan, and the Shanghai school in one town, fully showcasing the beauty of traditional Chinese architectural art. Upon completion, it was honored as one of Chengdu's "Top Ten New Landmarks."
