The Li Family Courtyard in Pingle is a cultural relic protection unit of Sichuan Province.

The Li Family Courtyard is the best-preserved and largest Qing Dynasty residential building in Qionglai, showcasing typical architectural styles of western Sichuan. Facing east and nestled against the mountains overlooking the valley, it is a single-eave suspended gable-roof wooden structure with a construction area of 4,164 square meters, featuring 149 rooms and the largest courtyard spanning 400 square meters. The courtyard boasts exquisite carvings and a well-planned layout. It currently houses Qing Dynasty plaques such as "Imperial Grace" and "Upholding Family Traditions," along with a large number of ancient farming tools, traditional papermaking equipment, and items used in weddings. The annual Li Family Ancestral Worship Ceremony reflects the rich cultural essence of western Sichuan.

Protected Area: The entire Li Family Courtyard site covering 13,000 square meters and the 3,000-square-meter papermaking heritage site are within the protected area.

Construction Control Zone: The western boundary extends 125 meters beyond the protected area, the eastern boundary 60 meters, the northern boundary 60 meters, and the southern boundary is defined by the mountain terrain.
