Wenbi Mountain Pagoda

Wenbi Mountain Pagoda is a cultural relic protection unit of Chengdu.

Wenbi Mountain Pagoda is located in Group 1, Wenbi Mountain Village, Lincong Town, Qionglai City. The pagoda was built in the 25th year of the Daoguang reign during the Qing Dynasty (1845) and faces east. It is a solid seven-story hexagonal brick pagoda. Each level of the pagoda features short eaves cantilevered out using corbelled brickwork, gradually narrowing as it rises, with a pointed spire and a gourd-shaped finial. The base of the pagoda is 2.6 meters wide, the bottom story is 2.3 meters wide, and the pagoda stands 21 meters tall. This well-preserved pagoda boasts exquisite design and refined form, holding significant historical and artistic value. It was designated as one of the first municipal-level cultural relic protection units of Qionglai City in 1982.
