Protected Area: A 10-meter buffer zone extending beyond the boundaries of the former headquarters of the 30th Army of the Red Fourth Front Army, the former General Headquarters of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army, and the former Front Command Post of the Red Fourth Front Army.

Construction Control Zone: A 20-meter buffer extending beyond the protected area of the former headquarters of the 30th Army of the Red Fourth Front Army; a 10-meter buffer extending beyond the protected area of the former General Headquarters of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army; the protected area of the former Front Command Post of the Red Fourth Front Army extends 20 meters eastward to the highway, 10 meters northward, 20 meters westward, and 20 meters southward.
