Baihuo New Village

Baihuo New Village is located at the foot of Shamao Mountain, northwest of the seat of the People's Government of Longmen Township, Lushan County. Covering an area of 62 mu, it has the capacity to accommodate 81 households, totaling 295 people. Following the post-disaster reconstruction, the new village focused on creating a premium tourism-oriented settlement. Guided by the concept of “red houses in the countryside fields, a shining pearl along the tourist route,” it adhered to the requirements of planning-led development, scientific reconstruction, government guidance, and community participation. Upholding the “four unifications”—uniform foundation levels, unified house designs, consistent building heights, and standardized water systems and roofing—the village was constructed to a high standard through meticulous land management and individual household construction. It has developed into a happy and beautiful new village, with a focus on specialty industries such as red-heart fruit, peaches, plums, loquats, and high-mountain cloud mist tea, achieving a perfect integration of tourism and local industry.
