Renhe Xiangshuidong Ecotourism Area

Renhe Xiangshuidong Ecotourism Area is located in the Renhe Primitive Bamboo Sea of Jiang’an County, over 30 kilometers from the county seat of Jiang’an, covering an area of approximately 100 square kilometers. The scenic area boasts a forest coverage rate of around 80%, featuring vast and pristine natural ecology, original vegetation, undulating green mountains, crisscrossing streams and waterfalls, gurgling springs, and lush grasslands. Around 100,000 mu of emerald bamboo cover the 64 peaks within the scenic area, where dozens of types of mixed bamboo thrive. There are over 50 known major and minor scenic spots, where cultural landscapes complement the natural scenery. With a style distinct from that of the Southern Sichuan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, it is often referred to as its sister scenic zone. The area meets the conditions for applying for national nature reserve status and is a key tourism development zone in Yibin City’s tourism planning.
